“VBHC is a play on the strong unmet demand for Budget homes or flats in Bangalore, which is estimated at more than $200 billion,” said Wayne Tsou, managing director and head of Carlyle Asia Growth Capital.VBHC has sold at least 1,000 units over the past year and will begin selling an additional 900 next month, as it sets up housing projects nationwide.

Ltd and architect V.
